• Groups must schedule their visit at least two weeks in advance.  
• Tours typically start at 10:30 a.m. and finish at 1:00 p.m.
• Group visits are limited to 40 students plus chaperones.
  • Please include the organizer/primary chaperone of the visit as the first registrant. 
  • Please include all student names and emails when registering.
  • Groups are required to have one chaperone per ten students. Chaperones are responsible for maintaining respectful behavior among students during your visit.
• The person registering for the group will receive a one-week reminder email and a text message 48 hours before the scheduled tour date. 

Transportation

• FSC cannot offer transportation; you must provide your own transportation to campus.  
• Please have your transport use the address "Campus Center, 2350 NY-110, Farmingdale, NY 11735" to bring you to the correct building.
• An FSC staff member will greet you at the Campus Center. 

Dining on Campus 

• FSC cannot provide free lunch, but we can provide space to eat. Students can pack a lunch, purchase it themselves from our Campus Marketplace (about $15 for a full meal), or you can arrange a meal in our resident dining hall (about $11 per person) by contacting Robin from Aramark at waterman-robin@aramark.com or calling 934-293-2778.
