If you currently have fewer that 60 credits at the time of your curriculum change application, you must submit midterm grades with your application. A Mid-Semester Progress Report Form is required to support your application to the Applied Psychology Program. All applicants may submit this form to demonstrate successful academic performance in the current semester.
